Change it to 0:0 and it won't add 3lbs to the weight. The ratio refers to a tare packaging weight. i.e. If your packaging weighs 3lbs for every product, then your ratio would be 0:3, if it weighs 3lbs for every 1lbs of product weight, then your ratio would be 1:3
