Default Upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8 and now error

I'm not sure what to do. I am getting this cron error which I am not sure how to fix.

    PHP Code:
No log handling enabled turning on stderr logging Cannot rename /var/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf to /var/net-snmp/snmpapp.0.conf Cannot unlink /var/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf read_config_store open failure on /var/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf read_config_store open failure on /var/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf read_config_store open failure on /var/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf
I recently went and renamed my admin area and downloads which I tried to go and redo my config files but still get this error.

Also, when I try to test a product to download it's now not finding them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :)

Where do you see this error?

    Does your store frontend load?
    Does your store admin load?

    What cron have you written?
    Is it still valid?

I'm getting the error in my email about every 5 mins. It looks like everything is loading fine and I have been in the admin area to close the store.

ETA: Not sure what you mean by what cron have I written?

I also should add that I am not sure if this error is coming from the store or not because I have been playing with installing my php list and another program called pommo.

But I still am having problems with my renamed downloads folder not being found if this isn't an error from zencart.?

It's not coming from Zen Cart.

Okay it seems my includes/config file somehow didn't re-save after I fixed it.

Remember, if you made it read-only according to the install/security instructions, you'll have to make it writable again before you can save changes to it ... and of course make it read-only again when done.
