The installers does not recognise the path on my new server

Hello,
I'm trying to move my ZCstore to another server. I follow the steps in the FAQ section.
When I go through the new installation of ZC, in the step 3 (system setup), ZC does not recognise the physical path to Zen Cart. I have been talking with my server and it seems that the path that the installator detects automatically is correct. But I allways get the same message: Physical path is incorrect

Any help?

I need to solve this problem quick; and the server does not give me any solution.
In fact I've got all the files of my old server and a backup of the database.

It is possible to change to the new server manually? I mean without making a new install of ZC.

Maybe I only need to change information on /includes/configure.php and /admin/includes/configure.php files.... or needed more?
