Major problem with checkout

Hi,

I've got a problem on my site with the checkout. When a customer checks out everything in their cart is finee and they are charged the correct amount.

However, when they log into their account on my site and look at their previous orders there are extra products there! It's added these to their invoice and says they've been charged for them (even though they haven't).

I do run another website and copied the files across from it. Does anyone know what files in my site could be causing this glitch or, what needs to be reset?

I should also add that the extra products that are being added to the invoice are items that are on my other website and not the one with the problem!

Did you use different/new database, hence different configure
files for new store..

Thanks for the reply. It was the database. I had to clear the tables in order status, order ID, and basically anything beginning with order
