Need help with product categories

I am a newbie with limited zen knowledge...I am trying to set up my fragrance store using a data feed in Easy Populate. However, I'm not quite sure how my products fall under each category in zen...Please help...beleow is a sample of the the feed.. thanks in advance!

ITEM/NAME/DESCRIPTION/BRAND/TITLE/GENDER

For easy populate to work correctly, you have to set up
categories yourself, via admin, before using EP

I understand that part....I do not know how to break down the fields by category....that's why I listed the first record in the datafeed. For example, which field is the brand...which field is the product description etc.... The way that the datafeed file is structured....it has a separate field for the product name and also the product title which includes information about the product...how is this translated into zen...thanks for repsonding...

yes...i just don't know how to categorize my products. See below...the following datafed information is on the left side of = sign.

My categories were going to be male fragrances, female fragrances, cosmetics etc...I have no idea how to categorize product type...I know it sounds stupid...but it'a all so overwhelming for me. Any suggestions?
