I am wondering if zen cart sell a document product for whoever buys the product that gives them a page to download the script/templates/music.

2 question.) I am curious, if any one buy the product for them to download music, then they would have the ability to give the link to any one to download the music from zen cart website.

3 question.) What folder to upload the script/software/template in a zip folder to sell as in document product.

You can add the Attributes to the Product just like a normal Product ...

Downloads are uploaded to the /download directory ... these Download files you FTP to your site ...

When you add the name of the download file to the Attribute in the Attributes Controller you will see a green dot next to the filename if it is the right name and found on the server ...

If the customer were to give their login and password to a friend, yes then someone can download the file ...

But they cannot just "find" the file for this ...

Setting up your Attribute Settings to use Redirects also improves the security for the files ...

NOTE: Redirect does not work on windows servers nor on servers that are not correctly configured for this by the hosting site ...

You configure how many Download attempts and the Maximum number of days that the download filename is available after the sale ...
