Additional Images Not Displaying

I have a store bought template and additional images are not showing up. I think I've tried everything in the book including how the images are to be named with no such luck. Show product additional images in the admin is on at 1 and number of images per row set at 1.

The classic template displays the additional images so I know the setting are correct. I have a feeling it's the template. I've read they're not too friendly when trying to customize or make changes.

Any thought?
