    Default Categories question

    I have a question about items i want to add to a category. I currently have a category of tea/coffee/drink mixes. My question is is there a way to have like 30 different flavors in one item and like a check beside each flavor you want. The way i have it right now is each flavor is it's own item,price,picture(which is the exact same pic), ship weight, blah blah which makes it a pain for my customers to see all i have to offer. What i was thinking was something like one product name, lets say Flavored Coffee and in that item have each of the 30 flavors, all for the same price and shipping weight and they can just add the flavors they want from one page instead of visiting all 30 pages to see each item. I have it like this now, (example) product 1 hazultnut coffee, product 2 cocoa coffee, product 3 italian roast ect.ect. It's just a thought I had and maybe it's silly or impossible with this program but it would save me and my customers alot of time.
    Thanks,
    Casey

    You can have one with 30 flavors...

    By default - I do not think that you can set this up for multiple selection and varying qty of each. This would take a good bit of custom coding

    In admin > Configuration > Product Listing > Display Multiple Products Qty Box Status and Set Button Location:

    Do you want to display Add Multiple Products Qty Box and Set Button Location?
    0= off
    1= Top
    2= Bottom
    3= Both

    This will give you a quantity box next to each product in the listing. Customers can select as many of each as they want, and click the add button at top/bottom of the page to add them all at once.

    This only works for products that don't have attributes, like multiple sizes/colors - those have to be chosen on the individual product info page.

    Include the item picture as the category image, and don't display images/weights/etc. for the individual items.

    Good catch gjh42... I had tunnel vision as asked was about attributes...

    But as OP currently has a product for each - the productlisting page and the admin setting you posted might be a workable solution vs a product info page with these as selectable that would require code
