serious shipping problem

On my check out I offer either ups or usps, on the usps shipping methode the client can either chose from express, priority and parcel.

Weather you choose parcel or priority on the usps method of shipping, only express shows up. You cannot choose any other method of shipping even if you select another prefered methode of shipment, usps express always shows up on the payment information (step 2 of 3) page and on the order confirmation page (step 3 of 3). UPS is not affected by this.
