I would like to give a coupon for one specific item only.
Is it possible to do this?
If "yes" then please explain how (I am a ZC Newbie!)

admin->gift certifications/coupons->coupon admin. Select your coupon. The restrictions button is on the right side in the second row of buttons.

Add a Top Category DENY ...
Add the Product as ALLOW ...
