Does anyone know why the codes for Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man (GG, JE, IM) are missing from Royal Mail World Zone 1. These are not part of UK or Europe and don't appear in zone 2.

I want to add them to zone 1. Can anyone see any reason why not?
