Can i use 2 zen cart on different domain under same hosting?

I will having 2 website, both using zen cart. But i will be customizing the zen cart for each different website. How to start doing? What are the precautions to take note?

okay... sorry... but i would like to know more details.... I installed zen cart through my cpanel provided by my hosting co. I just did a "one click" installation. So all the basic files had been automatically saved under my website - "public-html" folder... I already have a website with zen cart running for few months.... i don't think i can install another zen cart by using my cpanel again....

That's right - you'd have to do a manual installation into a different folder (/store, for example) on your site.

For my money, you should do all Zencart installations manually, anyway. Not that difficult, and you learn a lot about how things work.
