Im looking to convert my static xhtml website to a zencart template. For each product i need drop down lists to select different options (color, size, accessories). Some of the drop downs are going to have to alter the price dynamically. OR atleast change the price by the time the order is process. CAn zen cart do this?

I guess I should embellish.. You have the options to price option values. You can proce by attributes/options or price the items then have the options add to the price.
