IH roll-over problem

Our images all show broken roll-over images (no image.) :dontgetit
In other words, when you roll over even the category images, they switch to a no-image/broken-image icon:

I tried re-installing IH but the problem remains. I also tried turning the "zoom" feature off in IH admin, but no help.

What can be the problem??
