description under sub-category listing

I'm really new to zencart and trying to do something that is probably simple--but greek to me!
When I'm viewing a category with subcategories, I'd like to add a very short description under the photos and name. Like here.
I want to put just a few words under each so someone doesn't have to click on each item to see what it is.

I'm sorry to ask such a basic question. I tried reading all the stickies--which probably explain this, but I wasn't able to tell it if was what I needed.

They have done this via their product description and standardizing the image sizes. Then adding additional lines after the description to move the text down
