Blank page occurs when adding to cart

I'm using ver 1.3.8a. I have 4 1st level catagories. When I click on the newest added catagory or add an item to the cart I get sent to a blank page. The item does add to the cart, when I go back and click on the cart link. I can find the 1 product in the offending catagory by a search without a problem. All other catagories display ok, but I cant add to cart from any.

My host server displays this error.....File does not exist: /home/pmwtradi/public_html/toystore/includes/browser.js, referer: http://toystore.pmwtrading.com/index...=shopping_cart.

It worked for a few dozen times when I switched templates, but then the error began again.
