Forgotten login

I have reached a new all time low. I have forgotten my login. I have the login for every other site I am working on at the moment, but I have no idea what the login is for my own site.

I did a search, but didn't find the answer. Basically I did the search because I didn't want to admit to my stupidity.

Any ideas? Is the login my eMail address like OSCMax or is it just a user name?
Of course I've tried a combination of both and nothing is working.
