How come some products say "more info" and some don't?

If you look on my products listing pages, some of them show the picture, the price, and title and then you just click on that picture to go to the full description like this

When these items sell, I move them to a separate category that shows like a gallery. I originally changed them to document general so it shows no price, quantity, sold out button, etc. but I had a few people confused by them and asking why they couldn't buy them. So I decided to just move them over to a different category so the sold out button appears. However, in only that category, it shows the listings but it says "more info" at the bottom and the sold out button overlaps it in some cases. Is there a way to get rid of that "more info" line like the other listings?

My guess is because they are sold out so you can't "add to cart"
