My site disappeared!

I am hoping someone can tell me what happened or what is missing. I was working on my test site and suddenly everything is gone except for the header and the background. You can see it at mommyandbabyessentials.com/test if you click on any of the links in the dropdown menu the address changes, but the page never displays. I am running 1.3.8a

a little more definition of "working" would help.

A TIDY HTML Validator look at the site says the page stops after navColumnOneWrapper.

Where do I find my error logs, in my cpanel?
"working" well I was working on 2 files, stylesheet.css and tpl_catagories.php I tried to upload the "orig" but everything below the header is missing.

I found my error logs, the only error I can find with the test site is this
File does not exist: /home/site/public_html/test/includes/templates/template_default/images/HEADER_LOGO_IMAGE

But for the life of me I can't figure out what that would have to do with my problem, plus I didn't even work in those files.

Whenever you SEE_SOMETHING_IN_ALL_CAPS_WITH_NO_SPACES it generally means that a variable got dropped or you accidentally removed the " ' " from the front of the define statement.

SO.... If you go into the admin, developers tool kit, and search for HEADER_LOGO_IMAGE in the "Look-up in all files" You should see several instances where the variable is defined. My guess would be in either one of your header.php files or engilsh.php you'll find one of those pesky gnats ( ' ) not showing up at the beginning AND end of a define.
