shipping problem.. please help!

I have big trouble with shipping options. I've tried each option in shipping, but still when checking out, zencart would say "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time."..

I've tried to change the zone, both in the shipping and the zone definition.. but not works..

Need advice..

shipping modules you selected have a shipping zone selected instead of "none."?

I got it selected to a specific zone in free shipping, and none to "per item method".

but the "per item" method is not working at all..

have any suggestion? I'm getting frustrated with it..

Strangely enough, I was having this issue earlier today, however when I went back in and changed the "Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status" back to "1" under the Admin - Configuration - Shipping/Packing section, this issue seems to have resolved itself.

I also changed the "Display Number of Boxes and Weight Status" back to "3" under the same section listed above.

Additionally I set up the "Low Order Fee" as well as the free shipping option for all items. There must have been some sort of conflict with the options I choose, but once I changed them back, all seems to be working well.

I am using ZenCart v1.3.8 though I'm not sure any of this will help you since this is the first time I have set up ZenCart. Thought I have scoured the FAQ/KnowledgeBase relentlessly the past few days and now here on the forum.

I hope this info may help in some way.
