Newsletter Subscribe page?

I'm using the Newsletter Subscribe contribution (http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=106) and am wondering if there's a page where a user can subscribe (other than just the sidebox)? I want to be able to link to a subscribe page from offsite.

I was trying to do that but haven't been successful yet. I found that when you click the subscribe button without filling in an address, it takes you to this page with an error: http://gleefulthings.com/shop/index....page=subscribe

If I could just duplicate that page without the error, that would be perfect but I can't figure out what file that is so that I can duplicate it

I believe that this error is checked for in subscribe.php that came with the module

It doesn't look like that's it. I tried copying the code from the sidebox into an ezpage but it won't show anything.
