I have user tracking and live help (crafty syntax) installed. I have been having trouble with my site and monitoring who is online.
In the last couple of days I have found a lot of requests 1 sec apart from the same ip, after researching and finding nothing, I ban that ip and then soon a new ip shows up, again, requesting MANY pages 1-3 seconds apart.
Now I have noticed that I am getting ips that are showing up in my live help admin, but not in my zen cart who's online or user tracking. There have been 2 of them in the last 10 minutes.
Here is my question, is it okay to ban these IPs and why are they showing up in my live help admin and not in zen cart admin? And can I ban the whole 150.70.84.??? or would that be detrimental to my site?

The two most recent IPs doing this are 150.70.84.152 and 150.70.84.25
