    Default Multiple Images Questions

I've read through the multitude of threads on the site to see if my question has already been answered. It seems that most people have difficulty understanding the naming conventions and file paths for multiple images. I believe that mine are set up correctly, but my product is still only displaying one image.

    The site is at:www.bahamamontana.com/shop
    The product is at: www.bahamamontana.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=23_25_32&products_id=24

I uploaded the main image that is currently displaying through the admin when I created the new product. Using the admin I specified that the image should be placed in the directory titled 'indoor'. This should upload it to: images/indoor/indiancreek-bedroom.jpg.

I then uploaded (through FTP) the file "indiancreek-bedroom_MED.jpg" to the images/medium/indoor directory. When I view the product listing in my browser, and check the file path, this is the image that is displayed even though I originally uploaded to the images/indoor directory through the admin. I assume this automatically happens when you upload the same file name (with the _MED extension) to the proper directory.

From there also uploaded the following files to the images/large/indoor directory:
    indiancreek-bedroom_LRG.jpg
    indiancreeek-bedrom_02_LRG.jpg

From all the posts here on the site, I think that I'm uploading and naming correctly. However, from the product page you can see that only the main image displays.

I checked to make sure the setting for "Show Additional Images" was on in the "Product Types" admin config.

I'm not sure how to check if I'm using the add-on module "Image Handler".

    Can anyone help???!

To summarize my images directory currently is as follows:
    images/indoor/indiancreek-bedroom.jpg
images/indoor/indiancreek-bedroom_02.jpg (not sure if this file is even needed)
    images/medium/indiancreek-bedroom_MED.jpg
images/large/indiancreek-bedroom_LRG.jpg (not sure if this file is even needed)
    images/large/indiancreek-bedroom_02_LRG.jpg

Did you check the tutorials & FAQ's??

    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=58

And I would place them all just in the images folder then the large and medium for ease

I've read every tutorial and post I can find on the subject and think that I'm following the directions to the letter.

From what I describe, can you see a problem with my setup.

Also, I plan on having many products (as you can see from the categories) and would like to organize them at least a little. Hence the simple sub-directories.

Taking your advice, I set up a new product here. This time I did not use sub-directories. The file structure looks like this:

    images/lexington-bedroom.jpg
    images/lexington-bedroom_02.jpg
    images/medium/lexington-bedroom_MED.jpg
    images/large/lexington-bedroom_LRG.jpg
    images/large/lexington-bedroom_02_LRG.jpg

Additionally, I've checked my admin to ensure that the suffixes I'm adding (_MED and _LRG) are correct. I'm getting the same result as the first product though.

    images/lexingtonbedroom.jpg
    images/lexingtonbedroom_1.jpg
    images/medium/lexingtonbedroom_MED.jpg
    images/large/lexingtonbedroom_LRG.jpg
    images/large/lexingtonbedroom_LRG_1.jpg

I tried as you recommended... Removing the hyphens and placing the suffix before the image number, and beginning the numbering with the numeral 1. No change...

Just for kicks I also tried removing the numeral altogether:
    images/lexingtonbedroom.jpg
    images/lexingtonbedrooma.jpg
    images/large/lexingtonbedroom.jpg
    images/large/lexingtonbedrooma.jpg

Weird right? I know the system is working to some degree, because when you select "View Image" through your browser and check the path, it shows
    images/medium/lexingtonbedroom_MED.jpg

    Files are curently named:
    lexingtonbedroom.jpg
    large/lexingtonbedroom1_LRG.jpg

    images/large/lexingtonbedroom_LRG_1.jpg

    should have been

    images/large/lexingtonbedroom_1_LRG.jpg

    You posted

    large/lexingtonbedroom1_LRG.jpg

    This is/has always been "auto-magik"

How did you eventually get this to work? I'm having the exact same problem and see that you have accomplished it!
