Installed Things Are Not Showing Up

Hi all,
I have installed WOZ and now as a test, blank sidebox.
I only installed blank sidebox to see if it would show up in admin> tools > layout boxes controller. It doesn't !

None of the WOZ boxes will show either.


I had an install of Wordpress running fine with WOZ. Left the house happy for a break came back and it was gone! The files were still on the server but the wp_ tables were all rewritten to new.

I removed all wp db tables from the db and all files from the server. Started over. I had forgotten to mod the wp-config for the db connection. It installed properly anyways.

Whats that all about?!

I've just noticed another disturbing thing about the situation!

This is now a fresh install of wordpress and woz. I have installed NO plugins yet.
In the wordpress admin you can view an inactive list of all the plugins that we're installed in the original wordpress that went bad somehow.

Long story short -

Plugins are showing up that aren't even there.
