out of country credit cards

I am using Authorize.net for my gateway. But I am running into problems with out of country credit cards.
Is there a way to fix this so I can accept them.

I am working on this same issue (amoung others)...

I think part of the answer is in your Zencart set up of Admin -- Modules Payments Authorize.net(AIM) the dropdown of Payment Zone.

And the other part is in your Authorize.net set up through your Login directly with them under Account Setting AVS and there is a checkbox for rejecting non US bank credit cards. If that is checked they will always reject.
