Navigating away from the secure page to unsecure page

Hi,
The site I am working on has a ssl certificate.
The main page will open with the secure url but when you navigate away from the home page the system always references the non-secure page next.
Is there a setting for making the site stick within the secure pages?

Yes, but you should not run the shop in SSL all the time as Zen Cart will auto switch to SSL for those pages where necessary - login - checkout etc.

Running all SSL only slows your shoppers experience

Thank's Kobra, I didn't realise that.
I have just done a trial login and at no point did it switch to the secure pages, any ideas.
It may be that I didn't select the secure page option on installation, can you point me in the right direction for 'switching' it on?

Do you have SSL enabled true?
Also, did you put the correct https url in HTTPS_SERVER?

Changed the SSL option to 'true'.
