Table Handler Error?

I was running repairs from the database and I have got this error.

1030 Got error 127 from table handler
in:
[select startdate, counter, session_counter from zen_counter_history where startdate='20080304']

My admin says this:
1030 Got error 127 from table handler
in:
[select startdate, counter, session_counter from zen_counter_history order by startdate DESC limit 10]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Where do I go to fix it?

Go to phpmyadmin and repair the table

Not very often
This error happens sometimes when table gets corrupted!
