Blank Page and Debugger is throwing nothing

Hello. I am working with Zencart and have been for some time. I have learned to do alot of things even without the help of these forums, however, i have hit a road block

I was off for several days of work, and I come back and now the web page that I was working on, not launched yet, is nothing but a blank page. Not a single page that I have been working on for the last couple of months is showing up.

I am getting zero errors when I used the debugger, hell i didnt get get an error file.php in my cache folder. Not sure if i should even if there wasnt any problems

I am royally stuck and I have to have this ready soon. We were shooting for a launch tomorrow when I left last week, but I get back and it appears that something has been tampered with.

I need help and alot of it. Please help me out

oh. i am not using the newest zencart, i am using an Apache Unix server, and version 1.3.7.1

Maybe that's the best place to start ...
You do have backups from when it was working, right?

I am not sure of when the last time it was working, the database and all the files are on the servers that are not controlled by me.

I have contacted the guys who run the actual database and they have been zero help thus far. When i first got here on monday, they said that there were some issues, and i saw them because even my admin pages were not showing right. they quickly fixed this, what they called an "issue with a full disk" and i can now see all the backend stuff. all of my products are there and i can even create new ones

but i do not know when the last time it was working. i know it was workign on tuesday. and thats what i told the database guys. i am sure they have it backed up and hoping they can restore it, but i am just curious as to what i can do from my end

I gather that when you mention "the debugger" that you're referring to this FAQ: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82
The folder needs to have its permissions set to writable by apache.
No files will be generated if no PHP errors occur or if the log files cannot be written.

yes that is the debugger i am trying out and yeah. i understand that apache needs to have writing enabled and i would bet that it doesnt.

ty for ur advice, i will attempt to get this done and restore from last tuesday, but i am still kinda lost and frustrated.
