I have a zencart site that is setup with 1.3.8a and website payment pro. The site is hosted at hostmonster.com, a zen-cart approved web host.
When a user goes to check out using the website payment pro module for paypal, they get to step 3 of the check out. When they hit next, which is suppose to complete the transaction, they end up being re-directed to the step which asks for what type of payment method the customer would like to choose.
Meanwhile, the transaction goes through to paypal and they are charged. The customer, not knowing the transaction went through, goes ahead and tries to check out again, causing another order against their account.
I have reviewed issues on this forum, particularly the proxy issue some have had with godaddy. As mentioned I use hostmonster. I called them and pointed this out and they have told me that they do not use any proxies.
Does anyone have insight to this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
