Newsletter emails DUMP

I already have a working newsletter (PHPList) I am happy with, and a healthy email list I don't want to move. How can I set it up to

manually dump the emails from new customers

so I can put them into my existing newsletter. I want to continue using my existing newsletter script and not the Zencart newsletter. I am going to have to teach this to the owner of the website, so it would need to be a control panel operation, not going directly into the database which this non IT person will never be able to do.
