Right here is a couple of questions

when i deal with items and update the order status from say processing to dispatched and click the notify customer i asume and email is sent to the customer.

question is what is the email that is sent and is this email the same for all the order statues just with the status name changed??

if so is it possible to make a status that when the item has been dispatched and the item has been delivered i would like to create an email that says which asks people to leave us a review / feedback.

is this possible??

ips i have already created the status in local>order status in admin just want to know about the email part if its possible.
