I have deleted some of my first products which had an ID of 1,2,...and so. When I add new products they get last+1 product ID number, is it possible to change for example product with ID=17 to ID=3? I need this because I get Google webmaster's crawl alerts for 404 (Not found) for those first products.

You should not change it. From time to time you have products not found, which is normal for most websites. Products_id is used in many tables, thus changing those will mess things up seriously and do more harm than good.
