Customers are not able to checkout due to this error. Any help in solving this would be much appreciated:

It would seem that you've got an invalid group of zone details in your zones shipping module settings.

Thanks for the response. Actually I patched SQL with a list of countries provided by Ajeh I think. That is my zone 2, basically an 'all except US' zone. Some customers/countries seem to trigger the error and others not, but I'm not sure of that. This instance was triggered by a customer from Austria attempting to checkout with Paypal.
