install on zen cart recommend host blue host

i am having trouble installing zc 1.3.8a on zen cart's recommend host blue host. i searched there faq and didn't find anything on steps to installation.

what are the steps to installing zen cart on a blue host account???

i am getting a connection to database failure....

sorry... it is a ssl certificate error and i am still chasing the problem down.

Would it not be better / faster to contact your Hoster? Regardless of Zen Cart certified or not, installing an SSL Cert requires communication with your Hoster for proper install and usage.

actually no. they told me to ask zen cart for installation help. fortunately i got it working from the zen cart forum (and the ssl is a dns issue) i love this place.
