ZC killed my Daemon

After installing ZC, my httpd randomly stops and needs to be manually restarted every few days. I'm running a LAMP server with Debian Etch and Apache2. The only relevant thing I in the server logs is a SIGTERM before the httpd goes down...This started happening immediately after ZC install.

What does the mysql error logs or slow query logs say?
Paths should be
.err file at /var/lib/mysql/
and
/var/log/mysql-slow.log
