I've added the price of each product and the total price to the packing slip.
But the table heading is showing the code:

TABLE_HEADING_PRICE_INCLUDING_TAX
TABLE_HEADING_TOTAL_INCLUDING_TAX
Instead of the heading text.
What am I doing wrong?
