Simple cart but need to remove some text

I am super new at this and I have a client that has had zencart installed by another and I told her I would take a shot at some of the changes that she is wanting to make. i am hoping I can get some guidance here if not some flat out hand holding.

The URL is www.wisterialaneflowershop.com where I am having the issue. We have already installed a button that takes the user to the "Current Flower Selection" so we do not need the text that says the same thing. How do I get rid of that gray text?
