been using the site fine for a year but to day started to get this error

can some one help the only other thing is we installed Coppermine Photo Gallery
on the same server?

found the problem so i thought i would post it here to help others
The server was to close to exceeding disk space allowed by my host so i used file manager to delete som old backup tar fils that were using loads of space
