I installed your mod , but noticed the error of insecure items when switching to SSL , I have not had time to look yet , but I assume because the images are external and coming from a http source.

I have removed the mod until I can check this out , unless anyone has already altered it. ?

Well, the js is retrieving the title from the page title, if you'd only want to filter "Ultimate Handyman Directory" it should not be very difficult, but it would require some code if you have different part to filter on different pages.
