Order placed and $0 shipping charged.

I just had someone place an order and somehow they were able to checkout without paying shipping. I only offer usps and local pickup .... free shipping module is not installed .... yet they checked out and paid with $0 shipping.

On the order details it shows
u: $0.00
as the shipping method and cost. Never even seen the "u" before now. I've attached a screen shot of the payment/shipping info from the order details in admin.

Website address is http://fragrance-fantasy.com if anyone cares to take a look. I did do a fake order myself and the usps module seems to be working just fine.

What Product(s) were ordered on this one?

What Payment method?

Can you look in the database for the orders table to see what you have in there for the fields:
payment_method
payment_module_code
shipping_method
shipping_module_code

She ordered 1 each of the Snap Pack Wax Tarts and Grubby Tree Wax Tarts (2 different scents so a total of 3 items) and paid with PayPal.

If you Browse the database and look at that orders_id there will be data stored in these fields ...

Okay, I think I found the right info this time.

I did notice once I got in there that this order has a 0 for the billing_format_address_id while all of the other orders have a 2 in that field. I'm also noticing that in admin it is indicating that her shipping and billing address are different but they are not. And, the customer and shipping address is there but not the billing address.

Did you happen to have the PayPal debugging on at the time this was running?

Shipping has been working great for us except for this weekend, one order got through with this:

Sub-Total: $44.99
f: $0.00
Total: $44.99

I have NO idea where the f: came from. I tried to duplicate this on the site with this customers information again, but I couldn't. Does anyone know what this could be? Obviously, I'm trying to avoid this in the future so it doesn't happen again!

I've tested this in Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari and cannot duplicate this error. I am not sure what else to check. I looked in the database under orders_id and everything looks normal except of course for the "f" under shipping_ method and shipping_module_code.

Thanks for any help possible on this. It has happened a couple times in the last 2 weeks and every time I try and recreate it I cannot.
