Column / Grid Layout Problem

Hi all. New Zen user and a little confused. I'm not computer stupid but am not familiar with PHP or CSS. As a result, I'm a little slow!

I've just installed the Column Layout / Grid Layout for Products Listing (Add On Module for Zen Cart v1.3.8) and have followed the install instructions. Other add-ons have installed OK but this one is giving the following error when I try to view the product listings...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_get_generated_category_path_rev() in /homepages/16/d189229113/htdocs/eshop/zen-cart/includes/modules/magic/product_listing.php on line 209

I think it's something to do with my directories but can't understand where. Anyone got any ideas???

My site is www/ns-a.co.uk/eshop/zen-cart/ and isn't public yet..

I think you installed the wrong version of grid/column layout. Look at the admin (admin/tools/server/version info) area and find out what version cart you are using.

I'm using Version 1.3.7.1. The install guide states that it is OK for anything after 1.3.5 unless I'm being daft....

I'm using the latest version from the downloads section. It reads...

NOTE: This module is updated for Zen Cart 1.3.8, therefore for older version of Zen Cart (prior to v1.3.5) you must still use the earlier version of the module. This module and instructions are exclusive to new version of Zen Cart. This will work both for upgrades as well as for fresh installs.

It may be that the above instruction is a type and should state (prior to V1.3.7).

I've not run an upgrade yet and assume it isn't too tricky. Would this be the way to go...?

Yes, That's an incorrect statement. It should say that it is ONLY compatible with 1.3.8 (a)

You should only need to edit or replace your includes/modules/product_listing.php

(Or includes/modules/yourtemplate/product_listing.php)
depending... of course.
