I am having problems figuring out how to set the attributes.

Overview:
I sell patterns, in which the customer has 2 options for delivery, a PDF file download, or a hardcopy printout. On my patterns that consist of only 1 download, I simply have a drop down box, with one option for the PDF and the other for a Hardcopy. and then the third default "Please choose" so they must make a selection.

Goal:
2 options (as above- pdf or hardcopy), but with one of my patterns, the download consists of 4 files.

Problem:
I followed the tutorial for setting up 4 option names with radio buttons (Download 1 of 4...Download 2 of 4.. etc) and each having the same Option Valye of "PDF."

My Confusion:
Now I am confused as how to get the option of "Hardcopy" in there. I also need to make it so that they must make a selection (with the drop down I added in another option value of "Please choose" and had set that to read only and required and as default.) I am unsure how to do this or how to get the hardcopy option in there.
