A Little rusty - Need some help

I am creating a new site and wanted to eliminate the Tagline completely. I've done it on my other sites without issue, this ne however with the chnges I made to the header.php changed tagline to Header_Sales_text

I am attaching my header.php file if that helps someone, is there something else I need to do to remove that line completely?
