hi everyone,

I really need to fix my image issues!
I have followed the instructions in this tutorial, i have images in the following locations

shop/images/img1.jpg
shop/images/medium/img1_MED.jpg
shop/images/large/img1_LRG.jpg

Unfortunatly all of my pictures are being selected from the root images directory.
The only thing i can think of is i use Easy Populate to bulk upload my products & i specify the image name within the program.

Would this cause a problem? if so i can direct my issue to the developers of easy populate to see if they can support it.
If Easy populate should not cause an issue, could someone please visit my site and root around and maybe tell me if its something silly.

dunno if this is already covered, as I'm only quickly browsing, but for those using photoshop (techniques will apply to other editors) a good tutorial optimizing .jpg and .gif can be found here (the two articles at the bottom)

It may be something to do with the lightbox mod - I don't know because I've not had occasion to use it. I can't see how it can be anything to do with EP because your images are where they're supposed to be (although you don't appear to have re-sized them which rather defeats the purpose of the 3 sizes).

If it's possible to just turn off the lightbox, try that.

You could also try switching to the Classic template to see if the problem still occurs.

And while I remember...there's only one p in "triple"
