I have a website that has both UPS and USPS shipping methods enabled. When customers select a UPS method everything works fine. However when they select a USPS method, the actual method selected turns out to be the first one listed even if another was selected.

We've tried different combinations of enabled USPS methods but when you go to the next page, it is always the first USPS method (and price) that was listed. When you select any of the UPS methods this doesn't happen! We've had to disable "Express" which was first on the list so that customers could at least have the "Priority" rate.

The store has been up for over a year now, we *think* this wasn't happening in the beginning but don't know for sure. The Zen Cart version is 1.3.6 running on PHP 4.4.4 and MySQL 4.1.22. I've also tried this on a test server running PHP 5.1.6 and MySQL 5.0.27 and get identical behavior.

Anyone have thoughts on this?
