Restrict admin access

How do I set up the different adminis so they are only able to see and edit their own products?

And how do I edit the access to the sales reports so they only see their own stats.

Neither of these functions are supported by Zen Cart as it is not written as a "Mall" type of Cart

But I am selling my product at a store that have this installed - does it mean that the store has customized the cart somhow?
