    Default Problem changing delivery address

    Hello, we develop the site: footprintsglasgow.co.uk and have been informed by one of our customers the following:

    I've tried to purchase a wild country trisar tent online - but when I
    attempt to change the delivery address (so it differs from the billing
    address)it defaults to the shop homepage.

    Anyone know if this is a known bug? An easy fix? thanks.

    Ah a bit more info, its basically on this page:

    - continue to confirm your order. Thank you!

    if you click the EDIT button for the delivery address it just links you back to the home page.

    Where can i change that link? and what is the url to change it to?

    What version of Zen Cart?
    What addons do you have installed?
    Do you have an SEO module enabled? If so, does it function differently if you disable the module?

    Well, nothing that i would expect to effect this area. The url on the edit button for the shipping address field just says <a href="">
    We dont use a SEO module.

    hate to double post but i also notice that the delete button in the personal address book page does not display.

    hm anyone any idea whats going on?

    Zone Rates

    What template are you using?

    What files do you have in your /includes/templates/classic/templates folder?
    Have you changed any files in your /includes/templates/template_default folders?

    Dr Byte, if you are still watching I am having what I think is a related problem.

    A lot of my customers are unable to checkout when the try to enter in a second address as the shipping address. When the fault is encountered they can not move past the 'confirm shipping' page. They are not even presented with a shipping method to choose from. If they change the delivery address back to the original login address then they can proceed through checkout.

    I myself have numerous addresses entered into my test customer account and had not experience the problem. I have logged in as customers and encountered the problem. If I change the Default address to the delivery address then the checkout can proceed. If I then change the delivery address back to the original address which is no longer the default address I can still checkout.

    I have just now deleted all of the additional address books and added a new address during the checkout process and encountered the problem.

    Ahah... If I add a new address through the My Account pages then it works ok. I can then select the new address added through My Accound and can checkout. I I try to select the address that was added during the checkout process then it fails.

    So the page in checkout that creates the new account must be messing it up some how. I have many mods installed although off the top of my head the only one I remember that may be related to this page is the Order Steps graphic. I did also change the address format to us the Australian Standard. I am using 1.3.02 and I know I should upgrade. We will be doing so as soon as a new template is completed. We are using the classic template at the moment.

    Actually the act of opening the address in the 'my account' page even if you do not make any changes appears to make the address work.

    This is a bit beyond me but I am guessing that when creating a new address during the checkout process it is corrupting the data in the DB. When opening and saving the address in the 'my account' pages it fixes it.

    Any help would be appreciated.
