Tax Not Displaying in Cart

For whatever reason tax is not being charged. I swore it worked just a few days ago, but not now. I added a bunch of new products, but they are all set to taxable. I am confused as to what's wrong?? Any thoughts?

1) enter to each product and check if there is a taxition type that you have
chosen in the ComboBox.
2)if everything is allright there check the localization/taxes tab in the admin
panel. there you must define zones of taxes to every zone. (only ones that
must pay taxes). dont forget -> zones & zones definitions & tax classes.

it must work. it worked for me.

Got it. There was a mistake in the zones section. It was only set for florida.. I thought I had changed that. THANK YOU for your help!!!!!!
