additional images problems

I read all the guides and have multiple images working but for some reason they don't work on some products. First of all how many can i have? i have some products where I need 14 or more. here is some examples on my site.

This one dosent work yet all the extra images have _01 etc

Yet this one works

I have been looking at it awhile and haven't found an answer. Any comments would be appreciated.

Enter the address of and you see the image

http://vgration.com/shop/images/699788821442.jpg

But enter the _01 suffix and no image so it is not there

This is the issue

thanks that helped me figure it out. My extensions on the images was JPG and the extension on the original was jpg lowercase. I guess that makes a difference.
