Auto/Manual Email for Review Reminder?

Firstly, i've searched and searched and can find nothing on this subject, if it exists, and i missed it, please direct me to it's location.

What i would love to my shop, is what i have received from other online shops.

A week or two after my purchase, an email requesting/reminding me to place a review on the products i bought, complete with links to the appropriate screens to do this.

Also i'd like to integrate a 'service & support' review which i guess could operate as an invisible item added to the cart that is included in the reveiw request.
For the purpose of allowing potential customers to see how current customers rate not only my products, but also my customer service.

Please advise.

UPDATE: Okay so i have found a thread on Review reminding... but it was simply suggestions against, not advice for acheiving this.
